Dear Evan Hansen, didn’t disappoint. Having seen the show on Broadway in 2017 after hearing the release of one of the main songs from the show ‘Waving Through a Window’ sung by the talented Ben Platt, we made the decision to visit New York to see the show.
The Australian production has a few changes in the staging which are very clever and we saw the understudy Lawrence Hawkins play the role of Evan Hansen who was very impressive as was the entire cast.

The emotions from the audience were evident as the storyline was played out.

Thoroughly recommended.
