Join us at Meatworksco for an exclusive 5 course degustation where low-and-slow American BBQ meets Australia’s finest single malt whiskies.

We’ve partnered with the legendary Morris Whisky to curate a dining experience driven by patience, flame, and deep heritage. The night will be hosted by none other than Morris Head Distiller, Darren Peck, who will walk you through the nuances of each pour and the unique craft behind their award-winning single malts.

Every dish from our smoke pit has been paired with a dram from Morris to highlight the rich interplay of slow-cooked smoke, and bold, complex flavours—ending on a sweet note with a signature house-made dessert.
