Next stop on the brewery tour was Colonial Brewing Co Port Melbourne. We were lucky enough to be set up right in the brewery for “burgers amongst brights” (cheers Cat from Aussie Brewery Tours for that quote!). Be sure to try the Brut IPA and of course the South West Sour on a day like today was sublime! @ Colonial Brewing Co Port Melbourne
