And with those words, they turned away,
A quiet severing, cloaked in calm.

Yes, it may have been a wounded kind of self-preservation—
A soft shield raised before the storm,
Pushing others away, not from disdain,
But from a fear too heavy to name.

Still, the heart reached out in quiet rebellion,
Yearning to share its storm with a kindred soul.
But all it met was silence—
And the echo of footsteps fading.

Sometimes,
No words are enough.
No presence can replace what absence carves—
A hollow that sits too deep,
Too still,
To ever be filled.

It is absolutely crazy how time flies and how things progress.

A gusty lady from the mediaval history to revolt against the framework . The framework which had nothing but conventional generalisations, traditions , caste,religion, women’s freedom equality and rights.

Meera bai was born a princess but she lived a life of austerity to be in her spiritual pathway. Her songs and poems taught people about love , loving unconditionally , fearlessness, being at peace and most importantly following your own heart ❤️

A work of art which did not begin in emotion is not art.” Paul Cezanne

And this particular place near Buchan Caves which I wanted to freeze in this painting was long due. A spot where we always stop to look what’s changed over the years .The tree and the landscape has remained exactly the same since i saw this place first time in 2013 . This painting 🖼️ will always be a reminder of this special place. ✨🥂
