POV: you’re seeing the part nobody usually sees ✨

From a blank space… to layers of draping, styling every faux floral by hand, adjusting every little detail 100 times 😅 and finally watching the whole vision come to life.🤍

This was my first ever full setup vlog and honestly I’m so excited to finally start sharing more of the behind the scenes magic with you all 🫶🏼

The late nights, the chaos, the creativity, the “trust me it’ll look good” moments 😂

Behind every custom backdrop, balloon install, draping detail and floral arrangement is hours of planning, designing, sourcing, creating, packing, problem solving and setting up to bring a vision to life.

Every event is completely customised, which means there’s so much love, creativity and hard work happening behind the scenes before the magic even begins 🤍

It’s not just balloons and props, it’s creating an experience people will remember forever.

Hi, I’m Rosalinda, the face behind Balloon & Prop Co 🤍

I’m a mum of four, former travel agent, children’s entertainer, and now the creative heart behind all the balloons, props, and beautiful event setups you see here ✨

What started as a creative outlet quickly turned into something I absolutely fell in love with, helping people celebrate the special moments in their lives. From baby showers and birthdays to christenings and everything in between, I genuinely love creating spaces that feel magical, warm, and memorable.

Most days you’ll find me juggling mum life, coffee, school runs, late night balloon prep, and trying to keep my sanity with a balloon pump in one hand and my phone in the other 😂

This business means so much to me because every booking supports my family while allowing me to do something I truly enjoy.
