Personally, i wanted to make this post. For the unsung heroes of a footy club. The ones that give it their all and don’t ask for anything in return. The true clubman, or clubwoman. Today, i’m solely focusing on 1 individual.

Luke Lindley.

Luke this year has displayed nothing but passion and love for the game of footy itself, and Melton Centrals as a whole. Luke never missed footy unless he had to. If he wasn’t playing, you could find him running water for all grades, and no matter the weather or the scoreline, he had the biggest smile on his face. Luke, it’s been a pleasure playing alongside you and getting to know you this year. You, among others are a big asset to a footy club. I’m writing this so you understand how much you mean to not only us, but the club itself from another voice. Simply, thanks mate. You’re a true star and please never change.
