There's a stretch in every big goal where you have zero proof it's working.

Sumeet knows that stretch well. Coming off the show, watching other contestants move fast while she was still building with nothing to show for it, the FOMO was real.

What got her through wasn't a breakthrough. It was belief. Patience. Perseverance, on repeat, even when it didn't feel like it was going anywhere.

This is the long game. Play it like one.

What does it mean to own your own success?

We asked what success really means.

For Catherine the answer wasn't money, or hitting someone else's definition of it, it was freedom. No stress. Time with the people who matter. Sometimes the goal isn't more, it's just... this.

Success doesn’t have to mean more money, more recognition or constantly chasing the next thing.

Sometimes, success is freedom.

Freedom from stress.
Freedom to spend your time the way you want.
Freedom to be around the people you love.

I loved this perspective because it raises a bigger question: if nothing in your life changed from today, would you still feel successful?

Maybe owning your own success starts with deciding what “enough” actually looks like for you.

Shaun sits down with artist Catherine Hiller to explore what it means to step away from a successful career and build a life that feels genuinely fulfilling.

After 20 years in advertising across the UK and Australia, Catherine reached a point where the stress and pressure no longer felt worth it. Trusting her instincts, she resigned and became a full-time artist a decision that transformed not only her career, but the way she viewed success.

Matilda’s creative journey began almost as soon as she could hold a pencil. Drawing became her way of processing emotions, capturing the wildlife around her and expressing how she saw the world. What started as childhood curiosity eventually grew into published books, professional design work and a career built across illustration, storytelling and conservation education.

But building a life around creativity hasn’t come without uncertainty.

Matilda opens up about procrastination, burnout, freelancing, the pressure to constantly pursue the next achievement and the growing impact of generative AI on artists and designers. Through it all, she continues to return to the same driving force: a genuine love for her craft and a desire to use her creativity to give wildlife a voice.

Success isn't the trophies or the accolades.

For Thomas, it's contentment. It's purpose. It's showing his kids the right way to do it.

Thomas Rockliff's definition of success is one of the most grounded answers we've ever heard on this show.

What does success look like for you? 👇

We train our bodies.

But how often do we train our minds?

Mental strength isn't about having all the answers it's about recognising when your thoughts are working against you and having the tools to reset.

Tom Rockliff shares why investing in your mindset can change the way you lead, perform, and live.

How do you train your mind?
