Amanda is our dedicated Gold Coast relocation specialist, bringing over ten years of real estate and client-facing experience to help you find the perfect place to call home. She currently works as a Sales & Marketing Agent here on the Gold Coast, giving her deep, current knowledge of the local property market.

Having lived on the Gold Coast for over 17 years and raised her family here, Amanda has a vast knowledge of the entire region, from our world-famous beaches to the hinterland, the best local restaurants, and everything in between. She's passionate about our relaxed coastal lifestyle and knows firsthand what makes the Gold Coast such a wonderful place to live, holiday, and raise a family.

Australian Relocation Managers is seeking a Casual Relocation Consultant to join our Brisbane team.

This flexible, home-based role is ideal for someone who loves realestate, meeting new people and helping individuals and families feel at home in a new city. Your hours will vary according to client assignments, giving you flexibility while making a real difference in people’s lives.

We can teach real estate. We can’t teach kindness.

Real-estate experience is preferred but not essential. We provide comprehensive training to help the right person build their knowledge, develop their skills and thrive in the role.
So, if you’re empathetic, organised, resourceful and genuinely love real-estate and enjoy helping others, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do:
• Help clients find suitable rental properties
• Research and present property options
• Attend inspections and conduct live video tours or accompany clients to inspections
• Lead Brisbane suburb familiarisation tours
• Assist with tenancy applications, lease signing and key collection
• Help clients navigate schools, childcare, banking, healthcare, utilities and other local essentials
• Provide friendly, reassuring support throughout their relocation

What you’ll need:
• A current driver’s licence and a reliable, well-maintained vehicle
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, with some weekend and after-hours work also required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisation and problem-solving abilities
• Confident computer skills
• A kind, caring and people-focused approach

Real-estate experience or personal experience of relocating recently would be highly regarded, but not essential. For us, the right attitude and a genuine desire to support others matter most.

What we offer:
