It has been a few years since we said it was our last Good Friday Appeal Fundraiser...but here we go again 😄.......... Only this time we are hold a Good Friday Appeal Fundraiser at Pakenham Hall (corner of John and Henry streets) on 15th April. From 12noon to 6pm featuring 4 great bands and DJ Jeff. All show and shine cars welcome with a gold coin donation to the appeal with separate parking at the front of the hall. For those of you who wish to see the bands it is a $20 entry fee with kids under 16 free. There will be just a few food vans and some stalls and of course the Easter Bunny will be there too. If any retro / rock 'n' roll stalls would like to attend please call Sue on 0400216670. Looking forward to seeing everyone again.

Hi Everyone, we have decided to host the Good Friday appeal once a again 🙂. Only this time it will be held at the Pakenham hall on Good Friday 15th April 12noon to 6pm. More details and flyers to come over the next week or so. If anyone is part of a car club that would like to attend please let us know. Gold coin entry for show and shine vehicles.
$20 entry only for those who want to come and dance/see the bands inside the hall.

Hi Everyone, as we are no longer running the Good Friday Appeal in Berwick we have started a new page for the Rockn' Suzies Monthly Charity Dance and dance classes.
The new page is called Rockn' Suzies Pakenham Dance.
The page has just started so be sure to look out for photos and upcoming event info over the next few weeks.

Hi Everyone,
I have had a couple of people ask me about Good Friday 2019. As most of you know last year was our last year and we were going to be handing over the job to someone else. Unfortunately the new people who were going to take over won't be so Good Friday will not be running this year. That is unless someone else would like to take over.
So I will again say a big thank you to all who have been involved over the years. It takes a lot of effort from a lot of people and I am truly grateful for all the wonderful help that we have received. Everyone has done their bit in helping the Royal Children's Hospital make some children's life better.
With thanks again, and hopefully someone will take over Good Friday At Berwick.

Ps If I find some more photos I will still post them for you all to see.

I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who attended this years Good Friday Appeal. To all of the bands, DJ Jeff, stall holders, and to the many wonderful volunteers who helped out throughout the day, we couldn't have done it without you!!!!
We raised $20,464.05 for this Royal Children's Hospital this year:) Well done to everyone.

As this is our last year of running the Good Friday Appeal before it is taken over next year, we are going to do a special little extra fundraiser on the day at 4.45 for half an hour. Should be a heap of fun........ will post the details tomorrow.

Just letting you know that if you find a special something to buy on the day....or if you just want to give a donation, thanks to David from ATM2GO we have an ATM machine on site to make life easier. No more running down the street for your money if you need it :)

It's getting really close now and a lot of people have been asking me if they can book a table for Good Friday.
Unfortunately the answer is always no. The tables at Good Friday are on a first in best dressed basis only.
This is because if we hold tables for people who may want to get there at say 3pm - then those tables could have been used by people for 5 hours previously. It's unfair to do this - so be early if you want a particular spot. Hope to see you all Friday.

We have a great line up of raffle prizes this year. Included is the little blue quad bike that is in the pictures. It has a 49cc 2 stroke engine, front & rear disc brakes,lever throttle, hand brake, front & rear suspension, and a governer to adjust top speeds between 5 and 35km per hour. With a max weight of 70 kilograms this will make some kid very happy indeed :):)

For all the Kids out there (big & little) that love the Easter Bunny come and catch him doing a dance with everyone and, get some Easter eggs at 12.15pm in the hall on Good Friday :)
There is also a Easter Bunny colour in competition with the winners announced by the Easter Bunny himself at 2.45pm - he also has more treats for everyone.....yum

For all the show Car/Bike/Truck owners just letting you know that you don't have to pre-register your vehicles for the Good Friday Appeal. Just turn up on the day and enter through the Show & Shine gate :)

Drivers of show Cars, Trucks or Bikes are only $10 entry - with all profits going to the Royal Children's Hospital. $15 for all other adults and Kids under 16 free

For all the lucky owners of show cars, trucks and bikes the gates open at 9am on Good Friday.
Judging time for the Show & Shine is between 12noon and 1pm. The winners will be announced in the hall at 1.15pm.
Don't forget we also have peoples choice - so everyone pick your favourite car, truck or bike and support them with your vote!!!!!! Voting forms to be placed in the box in the foyer by 1pm:)
