Hereโ€™s a little behind-the-scenes of learning our routine ๐Ÿ‘‘ We watched women step out of their comfort zones, be vulnerable, and truly shine. ๐ŸŒธ

From new mums reconnecting with their bodies to school teachers making time for themselves, and women from all walks of life taking a chance to feel good and confident. Watching you all slay in an open space in front of people you may have just met took our breath away.

Weโ€™re so grateful to share this journey with powerful women who just want to grow, move, and be better together.
