After 2 meticulous years of planning, it’s surreal that Choralfest is only 2 weeks away!

We’re so proud of and excited by this vibrant choral festival, which features a robust research conference, conducting masterclass with Cathrine Fender (France) and Gints Ceplenieks (Latvia), and of course a massive 30+ concert series from 9-12 April in Djilang/Geelong. 🎭

With 1,300 choristers and delegates flooding Geelong from all around Australia and New Zealand, the atmosphere is sure to be electric! 🌟

Whether you’re looking for fresh ideas or some seriously outstanding choral singing, it is well worth a trip to the gorgeous Geelong waterfront. ☀️🌊

Thank you to everyone who attended our recent Choral Repertoire Reading and supported Australian music! 🎶

Your ANCA Vic-Tas team had a blast connecting with you all and conducting the sessions, with insightful guest appearances by Melbourne’s very own Mark Puddy and Daniel Brinsmead. 👏

A special shoutout to our accompanists and committee members Kate Denmead and Simon Loveless, who are quite indispensable for any choir but especially a bunch of teachers on a Saturday in Term 1! 😃
