The idea of Burnout Bhangra was conceived in 2018 where I wanted to bring together fun and fitness, music and dance, smiles and well being. The feedback, support and the response from the community was really overwhelming and we have been operating since. With the dance choreography directly influenced by the music and dance of modern Bhangra and Bollywood styles, Burnout Bhangra offers a fresh and exciting addition to the world of fitness and dance. So Burnout Bhangra is a stress buster, energy booster and I love to call it a Good Mood Food. So the sessions run for an hour starting with warm up then gradually moving up to high intensity dance fitness moves and then doing the cool down stretches towards the end of the session. The only thing that the participants are reminded, expected and forced to do throughout the hour long session is to maintain a smile on their dial.
