We’re back(ish)!

We couldn’t be more excited to bring U.K's very own .re_music down on a Victorian tour.

Lu.Re crafts a sound that’s raw, emotional, and unmistakably her own. Named Radio 1’s Future Star of 2025, she produces, writes, sings, and mixes her own tracks, creating music that’s equally at home on the dancefloor or in headphones.

We’ve had our eye on her for many months, listening to her on repeat! Her set from the summer terrace at Rinse FM is one to listen to and routinely gets me through the day at work.

She's been playing at festivals such as Boomtown, Glastonbury and Reading while also delivering stand-out sets at Fabric, Drumsheds and Amnesia. She's also supported Interplanetary Criminal and Sammy Virji on the big stages.

Whilst we aren’t hosting Lu.Re, we highly recommend this is something you experience, and at 2 of the best in the business .melb

In the words of Nelly Furtado “From flames to dust, lovers to friends, unfortunately all good things must come to an end”.

Since April we’ve put on 6 different free shows in the front bar of 24 Moons. With our 7th one being our last we would like to say a huge thankyou to everyone who has showed up to have a drink, a dance or to play some Mario Kart. For our final show, the free entry and drink specials remain all night!

We would also like to say a big thank you to all of the punters - we love you all. Thank you to the various DJ’s who played for us, this would not have been possible without you. Through visceral, our wonderful friends have been able to raise money for charity - massive shoutout to .rooney who rallied her friends/supporters to raise a huge sum (around 1.4k to PARA).

To send us out we have the incredible DJ Monke headlining. Monke is based in Naarm and has made his name playing energetic, fast paced sets entrenched with the sound of trance and Eurodance music. Whilst his shows are special, a lot of his traction comes from his productions; his edit of MGMT’s “Kids” currently sitting at over 400,000 listens on SoundCloud!

We also have BDE a queen of all things hard and fast to close us - after a monstrous few weeks including a debut at Turbo, playing a few doofs out of town and playing at revs with her own crew .events - be sure to check them out. We also have the amazing travnosis who’s versatility and acumen has kept us with a close eye for so long, we can’t wait to see what he’ll be cooking up to open the night! 100% of profits from the night will be going straight to Amnesty International!!

(Renae) is a DJ based in Naarm/Melbourne, originally hailing from Eora/Sydney. With a love for off-kilter and club-focused rhythms, her sets are a groovy blend of prog, punchy tech house, UK-style techno and percussive bass. Her selections are heavily inspired by underground artists and tracks that bring a new flavour to a classic.

Renae isn’t just a prolific selector, making her imprint on our scene in many ways. Including her mix series; Ascentia, an amazing platform for emerging female and gender-non-conforming DJ’s to push new and interesting sounds forward. We dare say you may find some cracking music for your pre-drinks there.

We’ve been keeping our eyes on Renae. Her body of work around town is quite remarkable, but hardly a surprise; a quick 15 mins into her set at moons you’ll understand why the whole city cannot get enough of her! Her unique sound has led her to support a genre-defying array of artists, including DJ Life, Glen S, MRD, Hybrid Man and 6SENSE.

Renae is going B2B with her friend; the talented selector X tastemaker - (Harry). Naarm is lucky to have lured Harry down from Gimuy/Cairns, where he grew up. A lover of all things groovy, percussive and dreamy, Harry’s USB covers heaps of ground, but admits that his favourite genres include disco, balearic tinged grooves and rawchy electro & house. Harry is also head honcho @ total station, one of the premiere mix series going around! Renae & Harry’s shared love of finding hidden gems and their shared connection running mix series makes them one deadly combo. We’re so excited to welcome both Renae and Harry, and simply cannot wait for whatever they’ll throw our way.

We can't wait to host these two for a very spooky special edition of Visceral .

Happy Halloween!

We’re so stoked to be back at moons, with a killer lineup (and drink specials) to match.

The prices (and free entry) remain, but this time we have a free shot for everyone in costume, and a $50 tab for best dressed. We hope to see some crazy get-ups!!

We have a dual headliner this time around, with the first on the night being the incredible Renaessance playing B2B with her friend Barry Badley. Renae has gone ballistic around town recently, and it’s easy to see why. She’s an incredible talent, and we’re thrilled to have her and all her groovy, infectious tunes on board.

Mr Badley’s bag is DEEP. His style is so much fun, and we can’t wait to see him and his extremely high vibrations in the flesh *goosebumps*.

Our second headliner is Let’s Jack. Jack has a stellar body of work, and his recent production has kept us GOING during this semester. Jack’s style is upbeat, with various bass, breaks and ‘progressive b***y sounds’ to keep you dancing.

Filling our lineup we have some awesome newcomers, Nicki D & DJ Freer. An awesome pairing who’ll bring us back on the straight and narrow after some open decks friends.

That’s right! Hit our messages!! We have 2x30min sets for the punters; we’ll randomly draw these closer to the night!!!

We’re back again, and we’re so keen to announce our August Visceral lineup.

As always, we’re rolling with free entry, cheap drinks & Mario Kart ALL NIGHT LONG.

Heading the ship is none other than missé ( )one of Naarm’s finest DJs. Elly is a selector who loves to cross genre boundaries, and never fails to create an electrifying atmosphere. You may have caught Elly on lineups with some notable acts including Alpha Tracks, Narciss, Schacke and Franck. Or you may have seen her at some of the city’s finest events and venues, including Esoteric, Al gharib, Revolver & Glamorama. Elly has been someone who we’ve wanted to get on for a while, and we’re so stoked you’ll be able to see her for free.

In support, we have the amazing ariana ( ) who’s been making waves across the state, including supporting our friend Tom Santa in Djilang (Geelong), amongst other formidable showings. Opening us up will be JAH ( )an extremely talented DJ who’s been on the rise recently and whose name you’ll be seeing plenty more around the city.

We also have 2 debutantes on the night - SOZ ( ) & Liquid Spaghetti ( .marchesan ). Both are relative newcomers to the scene, but are ready to let rip. Make sure you boo them both - nothing sharpens the newbies like a rough crowd.

We’re also happy to announce that we’ll be donating 100% of profits from the night to Berry Street. An incredible charity supporting those experience poverty, violence and abuse.

We are so excited about our next iteration of Visceral. It remains free entry and some nice drink deals all while the DJ's provide an epic soundtrack. Additionally, Visceral now includes free mario kart!

We have BLURR3D headlining the night. BLURR3D is a formidable artist, and a huge contributor to the Naarm/Melb scene, where she not only provides sick tunes on her own, but as a part of the duo the Rush Hour (alongside one of our favourites, KJONES).
RUSH HOUR also host a monthly show on Area 3000, which is dedicated to spotlighting q***r, femme, & BIPOC artists within the scene, fostering conversations about the importance of diversity in the industry. We’ve been so excited to hear what BLURR3D has cooking for us; her sets are always lots of fun!

We also have some sick support on the 25th. Including the likes of debutante JUGGA, who’s preparing (as we speak) to unleash a storm on the scene, as well as one of our OG DJs Blake (Bethany), an extremely talented selector from the south west and KLIO, someone who’s been making waves recently, including some sick closing sets at Nerve & a presents set. To close the night we have our very own Paddy Heyward who will be at least average? Jokes aside, Paddy is no laughing matter and is an extremely talented DJ.

We are very excited about our next iteration of Visceral. Remember it is free entry and some nice drink deals all while the DJ's provide some bouncy and fresh music throughout the night.

We have .rooney headlining, her name is fast becoming well known around the naarm/melb dj scene playing the likes of XE54, Reptile, Nerve & Revolver Upstairs just to name a few. She is also 1/2 of , an independently run events company.

Kicking things off for the night is one of NZ's finest followed by the talented .inii. Closing out the night we have the skilled other 1/2 of , followed by and his stylish tunes.

LINEUP ANNOUNCEMENT

We are very excited about this one, been waiting ages to share it with you all!

We have headlining, who's been making some pretty big moves all throughout Melbourne supporting the likes of Girls Don't Sync, Odd Mob and Lucas Boston to name a few.

Opening the night we have (kirby) with some groovy, groovy tunes, .lozan and making their debuts while .band serves up some juicy closing tracks which you won't want to miss.
