Studio Guidelines, Terms & Conditions

To ensure a clean, professional, and enjoyable experience for all guests, please follow the studio rules below.
General Studio Rules
* Shoes must be removed before entering any studio room.
* No food or drinks inside studio rooms.
* Please use the downstairs kitchen and dining area for food and beverages.
* Wash and clean all dishes, cups, and utensils after use.
* Keep bathrooms clean and tidy after use.
* Respect other clients, staff, equipment, and facilities.
* Any damage to equipment or property may result in repair or replacement charges.
* No alcohol permitted on the premises.
* Strictly no smoking or va**ng anywhere inside the building.
Podcast Studio Hire
* Minimum booking: 2 hours
* Maximum capacity: 3 people
* Please arrive on time to avoid affecting your session duration.
* Additional guests require prior approval from management.
Recording Studio Hire
* Maximum capacity: 2 people
* Only approved participants are allowed in the recording room.
* Sessions must finish within the booked time unless extended and approved.
Jamming / Rehearsal Studio Hire
* Maximum booking duration: 4 hours per session
* Please finish on time and leave the room clean and ready for the next users.
* All personal belongings and rubbish must be removed before leaving.
Bookings & Payments
* Advance payment is required to secure all bookings.
* Bookings are confirmed only after payment has been received.
* Additional time is subject to availability and will be charged accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
* A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
* Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking may result in loss of deposit or full booking charges.
* No-shows are non-refundable.
Capacity Limits
* Podcast Studio: Maximum 3 people
* Recording Studio: Maximum 2 people
* Jamming/Rehearsal Studio: Capacity as approved by management at the time of booking
By entering and using the facilities, all clients agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
