Sometimes it can be easy to forget that we are spiritual beings having a human experience. As we are in these physical bodies, and the Divine or God can be perceived as something so separate from us. We get trapped in our mental prisms and get attached to situations or outcomes…and you know what, that’s all okay!!

Your unique soul was sent here to experience the full spectrum of the human condition. And to do your best to remember who you truely are and where you came from and to shine your light and love along the way of this crazy & amazing journey.
Perhaps it’s not always easy, but we can make it all worthwhile or choose to see it that way.

So with that, I dedicate this post to the spiritual father of PSYCH-K with his beautiful wish for all humanity.

Close your eyes for a few minutes and repeat the statement “I love myself unconditionally”. What comes up for you? Are you met with resistance or discomfort, negative inner dialogue? Or any clues to how you could love yourself more?
I know upon my journey that I’ve often felt like I’m never enough as I am and that I should be more, do more, have more to show for myself.

It was hard for me to say “I am beautiful and accept myself exactly as I am”…I still get in my funks but I’m lucky to have a few tools up my sleeve to assist me to shift into a positive state of mind and being.

As a result of my crushing self esteem issues years ago, I went onto to study a method of energetic psychology that has truely enhanced my belief systems. I’m still a work in progress, we all are! But I now love and accept that.
