SEVENTEEN 'SHINING DIAMONDS' TOUR, AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND

Thank you to all fans who have attended Seventeen's tour. We have received many "Thank you" private messages and we truly appreciate your encouragement during this tour. While we are very happy that so many of you enjoyed the show, we know there are many areas where we can improve and we will work hard to do so.

Auckland Fans
You guys are awesome. We want to thank you for your patience and understanding for tonight's show even with the regretful absence of Jun and The8, you guys still showed us how to have fun with the rest of Seventeen!

We at Champion Entertainment thank every single attendee across these two countries for all your cooperation, patience, understanding, great decorum and respect for the artists and all working staff. As mentioned, we will strive to improve and bring more amazing Kpop groups to this part of the world!

[AUCKLAND UPDATE] SEVENTEEN 'SHINING DIAMONDS' TOUR

We are truly sorry to be the bearer of bad news today, but unfortunately, members Jun and The8 will not be able to be part of the Auckland Fan Meeting tonight. We have tried all possible methods to keep our promise in bringing all 13 members, but in the end we are not successful and thus give our deepest apologies. Again we are deeply sorry to the fans who came to see Jun and The8 and they hope to meet you another time. Thank you.

[UPDATE] OFFICIAL SEVENTEEN 'SHINING DIAMOND' MERCHANDISE - AUSTRALIA

Due to overwhelming enquiries to purchase the official merchandise even though Seventeen has recently finished their Australian Tour, we are now open to take email orders and payments for the merchandise. Please refer to our previous instructions to SYDNEY PRE-ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS on how to order via email using the Order Form from our website.

We will keep taking orders until stock runs out, or by 5pm Friday 2nd September 2016, whichever comes first. If what you've ordered has run out after you've made payments, we will refund you the money for the items that have run out.

[UPDATE] OFFICIAL SEVENTEEN 'SHINING DIAMOND' MERCHANDISE STOCK

Due to unforeseen shipment and customs issues, a bulk of our merchandise stock is delayed and will not arrive in time. For SYDNEY and AUCKLAND, please note that we have LIMITED STOCK. To cope with this issue, we have decided the following for the respective venues:

SYDNEY
- Priority will be given to pre-orders for collection
- Collections will be open from 2pm to 5pm
- We will now do CASH SALES from 5pm to 10.30pm (for those who have NOT done the pre-orders)
- Should stock run out and you would like to still purchase the items, we will still take payments and arrange for postage after the goods arrive (potential postage fees apply)

AUCKLAND
- NO CHANGE for on-site Cash Sales (refer to previous post foot Auckland Merchandise)

Collections will be made at the same booth for fans who have pre-ordered. Same rules apply: you MUST present your ticket to purchase any items and a maximum limit of 1 for each item per ticket. CASH ONLY PLEASE - NO other facilities available, exact amount preferred.
