MEET THE TEAM! INTRODUCING: BRIGETTE...
here's a fun message from this lovely lady!

Hi I’m Brigette (she/her) and I’m a part of both the ARK and YouthARK Committee. I’m currently studying a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Drama and Visual Art. My life goal is to become a drama teacher in schools. I loved all my drama teachers and they’ve inspired me to pursue that career.
I’ve done dancing since I was 5 so I’ve basically grown up on a stage. I really started to get more into theatre in high school, being a part of school productions since year 7, and studying theatre studies in year 11 and 12 and absolutely loving every part of it. I really enjoy the behind the scenes part of theatre and have taken a liking to stage management and sound design.

here's a quick message from the beautiful Lucy:

Hi I'm Lucy (she/her)! I've been part of the YouthArk team since the beginning of 2019, and kicked off my work here directing the Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon. I have since helped alongside other shows and events with the rest of the team. I have always found theatre to be a wonderful way for young people to express themselves and learn more about one another through such a changing and interesting medium (although I prefer the behind the scenes work!) 2021 is going to be an exciting year for YouthArk, and I'm keen to continue to share the stage with all the wonderful actors and stage crew that have helped us grow over the last few years!

Hey everyone! I'm Zoe, i use she/they pronouns and I'm keen to introduce myself as a member of the awesome youthARK team! I'm currently studying year 12, which is both scary and exciting, but theatre is one of my main passions. I enjoy spending time both on and off stage (you might remember me back from 63 results!), acting and organising. YOUTHARK IS ON THE HUNT! For all you fabulous aspiring scriptors, we're looking to put your shows on stage!! You have until the end of April to create or finish off a script from the idea that's been brewing during Covid and submit it, so what are you waiting for?!

a huge thank you to everyone who submitted a fantastic video to Covid Creatives... over the next two days we will be uploading some of our favourites for you all to enjoy!
the past few weeks have been a while ride for everyone, and with recent announcements YouthARK is hoping to soon get back into the swing of more events and we're doing plenty behind the scenes with some brilliant ideas for the future 🎉
