[REFUNDS]

First of all, thank you to everyone for their patience in regards to this matter. There is no longer a deadline to request a refund for already purchased Kwave Festival tickets.

To refund your ticket, please forward your confirmation email with the e-Ticket to [email protected] along with your bank details where you would like the refund to be paid into.

We have some unfortunate news in relation to the upcoming Kwave Festival – K-Krush Edition.

Due to Chinese New Year coinciding with the date, many of our vendors have prior commitments which would mean fewer stalls in the upcoming Festival. Further to this, our initial Artist which we had invited to the Festival has unfortunately contacted us with changes to their availability.

SQ Events has given this situation careful consideration, we do take all your feedback to heart and because we want the event to not only meet but exceed expectations, our team has decided to postpone the Festival to a later date.

However, we still have some good news! One of the Artists that was invited to Melbourne for the Showcase will still be coming down to meet his fans in Melbourne. This is our gift to you for being so patient and understanding. The showcase will be the same price as Entry to the Festival ($10 online, $15 on the day) to show our gratitude for your understanding.

For those who have already purchased Kwave Festival tickets you can either save them for the next Kwave or you can have them refunded (100% guaranteed).

We understand if the postponement of Kwave comes as a disappointment and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience that it has caused. Our team at SQ Events are grateful for all your continuous support and we hope we continue to have your support in the future.

Hi everyone! We are still buzzing from kwave14 amazing festivities and we have just received more good news! Federation Square has estimated a whooping total of 33,425 people at the KWave 2014!! That's incredible! We are so happy to get such a good response to the event and hope we can possibly make it even bigger and better for 2015!!

Eric's day off in Melbourne. Started out with Eric experiencing our Coffee Cart culture. Pho in Footscray. Then Ice Cream in Brunswick. He's almost seen all the suburbs.
