I'm running a kid's art competition for the .harriers and
We want artwork about "Jumping" from kids aged 5 - 12; the top 13 will go into a calendar we are making for next year, with one chosen as the cover page. There will be prizes involved, too!

My partner and I saw a troop of these guys when we went to Borneo, honestly one of the highlights of my life. They are much lankier than you’d expect!

A few years ago I made a book called CARNISNORA. It has a very clever premise of carnivorans (a taxonomic grouping of mammals) who are asleep! Get it? *tumbleweed*

I drew an animal from each family within the order, then scanned it and coloured them in photoshop with a mouse. It took a long time.

I was very lucky to be helped by my friends and family who contributed stories and songs, my partner who designed the book, and who proofed and edited the text.
I'm going to post each drawing on here, you can buy the book if you like for $5!

As part of my residency at Daylesford College I've been working in the Art Hub - a space for students to get arty at lunchtimes on Tuesdays. We have been doing some cool illustration prompt, which I'm going to share over the next few weeks. Unfortunately, this week I've been locked down at home in Pascoe Vale so I couldn't make it, but I sent a prompt for the kids: draw this dude in your own style. I've been joining online lessons at Daylesford College, but haven't been able to run any Art Hub sessions.
I did manage to get these slug superhero drawings from very talented Year 9s a few weeks ago! Hopefully we will back next week
