A big thank you to everyone who joined us on Sunday for our very first Families Week Picnic event. It was so great to see so many families enjoying the day. OzChild foster carer, Lisa said "The picnic was a great way for foster families to come together after a particularly hard year, to reconnect and share our stories of the past few months. While restrictions stopped many things in Victoria, one thing that didn't stop was the need for carers to continue caring and open their doors to more young people in need.” Thank you to all the people who made the day such a terrific success - Bakers Delight, Kennards Hire, Ralphs Meats, Cupcake Central and Little Party Faces. What an awesome day the children had at their Christmas party! With the sun shining and an array of entertainment to keep every child engaged, there were smiles all round...especially when Santa arrived.
