Our Pre-Primaries were so excited to get a lesson from Miss Talia this morning on what pointe shoes look like up close and the importance of building up strong legs and ankles before being able to dance en pointe 🩰✨

Why is proper uniform so important for dancing? 🩰🧑🏼‍🩰
As demonstrated by the amazing Isobel, baggy clothing can hide misalignment, unengaged muscles, and poor posture - all of which can lead to injuries and bad habits forming
Always make sure you are dressed appropriately for all of your classes - If we can’t see it, we can’t correct it!

Our gorgeous Saturday morning ballerinas had a very special visit from the Easter bunny last weekend!!!

Possibly the worst detour in the world.

Back in 2019, flooding cut the direct road between Kununurra and Broome, and instead of a normal Kimberley drive, the “paved road” detour basically said no worries mate, just go the long way around Australia. The reroute shown was about 6,203km and roughly 66 hours behind the wheel.

The original route would have taken only 11 hours (which is still pretty cooked).

Only in Australia can a road closure turn a trip to Broome into a full lap of the continent.
