Here is how the new Sticky Institute shop is looking at 2 Campbell Arcade, Melbourne after the removal van dropped everything off this morning. For anyone who spent way too much of their teenage or not so teenage years at the old Sticky shop between 2001 and 2022 this will really pull on the heart strings. The new shop opens on June 16th!!!!!!! Yes, I am excited!!!!!!

The Luke Sticky interview is up on the Folio Comics site here: https://foliocomics.com/interviews/int_5. Go have a look at Folio, it is seriously incredible. Here's what Folio have got to say about the Luke Sticky interview:

Ever been curious about zines? Well maybe you should talk to this guy, Luke Sticky (Sinclair), co-founder of and Festival of the Photocopier, the tectonic movement behind , creator of the over-two-decades-old weekly zine YOU, and co-host of ZINE! with Cora Zon on Yarra Valley FM, where you might hear him describe a zine as an independent publication. A small handmade magazine. Usually made by an individual or a small group of individuals. Often stapled. Often photocopied. Made with honesty, and always for love and not for profit.
Then, he'll tell you a zine can break one or all of those rules and still be a zine. He might tell you about zine distros that have come and gone. Sticky's near misses. About a zine he loves. The role of zine fairs. And about how, sometimes, once you've made one zine, it becomes a thing that just has to keep happening.
Read his interview with Liz and Ronnie now on folicomics.com.
