Introducing my new Australia native flower painting:
Gumnut Quintet
Artist: Anne Badet
Medium: Original Oil on Canvas
• Dimensions: 40 cm (W) × 50 cm (H)
• Year of Completion: 2026
ARTIST DESCRIPTION
"The Gumnut Quintet" captures the rich, untamed elegance of the Australian bush. Set against a deep, velvety midnight backdrop, a vibrant bouquet of red and yellow native flowers glows with warmth. At its heart lies a central cluster of five textured gumnuts, crowned with delicate tufts of brilliant fuchsia pink.
Cascading down the left side of the earth-brown vase, falling gumnut flowers and leaves create a beautiful sense of organic movement-capturing a fleeting moment of nature's quiet drama.
