C’est une photo représentant la préparation de la boisson « canelazo » très répandue pendant les fêtes de Noel.
C’est une boisson alcoolisée chaude. Dans la casserole on peut voir de la Gulupa, Fraises, Papayuela, Maracuya, Guayaba, Pommes, Uchuva, Canelle, Menthe et luminaria….enfin bref ! Une explosion de saveurs !
On y ajoute la boisson nationale….l’aguardiente pour le coté alcool et le tour est joué.
à déguster quand il fait froid !

Esta foto representa la preparacion de la bebida "Canelazo" muy apreciada durante las fiestas navidenas.
Es una bebida caliente con alcool. En la foto, se puede ver la Gulupa, fresas, Uchuva, Canela, hierbas buenas et luminaria...una explosion de savores!
Agregada de la bebida nacional ( aguardiente ) por el alcool, ya tiene su cocktail explosivo. A degustar cuando hace frio!
