**Position**: Casual Social Media Manager Contractor
**Location**: Remote/Melbourne, VIC
**Hours**: Flexible, approx. 2-3 hours per week
**Compensation**: Competitive hourly rate

- Develop and execute a fun and engaging social media strategy to increase brand awareness and community engagement.
- Create, curate, and schedule captivating content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Interact with our online community by responding to comments and messages.
- Monitor social media trends and adjust content strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure social media efforts align with our mission and goals.

- Experience managing social media accounts (professional or personal).
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and what makes content engaging.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a knack for producing eye-catching content.
- Passion for supporting neurodiverse children and their families is a plus.
