A new year of flamenco starts tomorrow. ❤️‍🔥

The studio has been quiet for the past few weeks, but tomorrow we return to the studio, ready for a new year of flamenco!

New choreography, new challenges, new teachers and another year of dancing, learning and performing together.

We can’t wait to welcome back so many familiar faces — and plenty of new ones too.

Flamencollab 2026/27 starts tomorrow.

Saturday mornings with Tomas Arroquero ❤️‍🔥

This year, Tomas joins Flamencollab's teaching team with a morning of progressive flamenco training for dancers from Beginners 1 through to Intermediate.

With a strong focus on technique, compás, musicality and developing greater confidence and freedom in your dancing, Saturday mornings offer a clear pathway to keep building your flamenco.

Expand your flamenco practice ❤️‍🔥

Complementos (Props) is a class dedicated to developing the different elements that can become part of a dancer’s flamenco vocabulary — from abanico and mantón to bastón and castañuelas.

Working with these elements brings new challenges to your technique, coordination, musicality and performance, while opening up even more possibilities in your dancing.

Wednesdays · 8:15pm with Cherie Morgan

Suitable for dancers with a solid foundation in flamenco technique and compás.

What are Sevillanas? 💃

Sevillanas are a lively Andalusian folk dance, traditionally danced in pairs at fairs and celebrations. Made up of four distinct dances, each with its own steps and structure, Sevillanas are fun, social and designed to be danced together.

Our new 8-week Sevillanas course will take you through all four dances from the beginning, building the steps, coordination, rhythm and confidence to dance them together.

✨ No flamenco experience needed.
Already dance flamenco but never properly learnt all four Sevillanas? This course is for you too.

SATURDAY AFTERNOONS WITH LAURA UHE ❤️‍🔥

We're so excited to welcome Laura to our Saturday teaching team this year, with three classes for dancers at different stages of their flamenco journey.

1:15pm — Tablao
Explore the language between dancer and musician while developing your musicality, expression and confidence.

2:15pm — Absolute Beginners
Brand new to flamenco? Start from the beginning — no previous experience needed.

3:15pm — Beginners
Continue building your technique, compás and flamenco foundations.

Laura brings her own wealth of knowledge and experience to the studio, along with a warm and encouraging teaching style.

Saturday classes start 5 September.

I'm so excited to finally introduce the teaching team for Flamencollab 2026/27.

Over the past few years, Flamencollab has grown and evolved in so many ways, and this year marks a beautiful new chapter as we expand our teaching team and welcome even more incredible artists into the studio.

Our team for 2026/27:

Each teacher brings their unique style, knowledge and experience to their classes, with a shared commitment to nurturing each student along their flamenco journey.
