Very grateful for all of you who have chosen to join me on this crazy journey.

Art has been a very therapeutic and mostly private part of my life. So sharing it very publicly has been a journey to stepping into who I am, as well, as adding a little peace and beauty into homes, offices, places I may never enter, which I consider an honour.

“When you’ve been given a gift, no matter how big or small, one must use it to make the world that much better.”

It’s been my greatest joy meeting people from all walks of life. It’s amazing how art is a window to storytelling. Where people are so often occupied on their phones or rushing to get somewhere it’s heartwarming meeting complete strangers who connect with your work and within minutes you get a glimpse into such a private part of their lives just because your art struck a cord.

Art gives permission for people to be themselves, to express emotions, to keep a stories and memories alive and likewise engage in conversation. It’s a glimpse into somebodies inner world, that’s rare and beautiful on its own.

So thank you for opening your worlds to me. I feel very blessed to meet amazing people and makers at every market, every sale I’ve made and especially every conversation.

Can’t wait to see where this adventure takes us ☺️

Something this piece has thought me; never overlook anything you do, no matter how small it is. I’ve had this one in my studio for awhile now, just a bookmark sketch idea but I decided to showcase it this past market and see if it would catch anyones eye…. Which it did!!! So upon request my once little sketch of Collins St is now a Limited Edition print.

What this weekend was about.
Sometimes all you need to do is look up at that beautiful sky. It might just be the perspective you need to remind you that God loves you and he’s placed you where he wants you with the gifts and talents right in your hands.

As much as I enjoyed the chaos of kids at this market. This was one of my favourite moments where I felt peaceful and in a whole other world. Almost like everything drowned out and it was just me talking to God, saying how thankful I am.
