Come in come in humans...
A little announcement we are dancing tomorrow, I haven't really had the capacity to post about it but we have 35 women joining us in Seaford at our old stomping ground.

It's a dance to close out a cycle before I jet off to Bali.
It's going to be no frills but magic, all about the roots of what pohss is about.

If you want to be apart of it DM me or drop a ๐Ÿชฉ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿปbelow and will send you the deets!

DISCO UPDATE ๐ŸŽง๐Ÿชฉ

Sometimes things don't go as the original plan...

Electric Nights has had two epic nights.

Round 1: Our Inner Raver disco took us to new depths, allowing us to discover new parts deep in the dance that needed to be released.

Round 2: Our Inner Lover disco opened us into full heart expansion, sharing epic levels of joy, softness & sass.

And Round 3: Our Inner Icon event well she seems to have other plans and ain't ready to come through as yet! Now is not her time...

So we are listening to the message that now is not the time, choosing not to push & honouring what is needed.

And that is a good old straight up Pohss Silent disco, no frills just the roots of our sessions and what we are all about: music, movement, connection & nature!

Electric nights #3 is not happening this Saturday but we are still dancing....

In Seaford on home turf.

If you want to joint us drop a ๐Ÿชฉ below...๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿป for full details.

And let the disco magic show us what's next - perhaps this is the "iconic" move ๐Ÿ˜‰

Big love Soph ๐Ÿ’•

No words, just a whole bunch of women from all different walks of life, going through their season of life and bringing their all to the dance floor!

Leaving the fear of being seen, or looking like a fool or being judged at the door and embracing the full joy that is accessible when we let go, get real on the d floor and dance it out to some damn good tunes with other like minded souls!

Different ages.
Different stories.
Different lives.
Different reasons for being there.
All connected through music and moves ๐Ÿ™Œ

This is what hit my straight in the heart today. I love creating these spaces and the women it attracts!

The dancefloor love is real & was damn real at our Inner Lover event. ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿชฉ

Soul train magic for the win always! Next dance 10.10.26
