This Friday! “Nice Mug”, a group exhibition of ceramics and portraits, curated by , is opening at Brunswick Street Gallery from 6-9pm. My portrait of the poet Mary Oliver will be there. I’m super excited to be in this show as it’s a part of ’s Craft Contemporary festival! Come along to the opening or check out the show until the 13th of November ☺️🥂🪩

This Fantastic Peach was inspired by James and the Giant Peach by Roald Dahl, one of my all-time favourite books. When I was a kid I loved the idea of being as tiny as an insect. This piece is currently on display and for sale at “In a Book”, curated by Tegan Iversen at Niddrie Library (483 Keilor Rd, Niddrie VIC 3042) until Saturday, November 26th!

This Saturday! I’m hosting a free illustration workshop via zoom at - In this hands-on workshop we’ll be talking about how to experiment, make mistakes and get inspiration from the world around us. We’ll explore how to set up artistic habits and routines that will help you grow your artistic voice, improve your days through meditative art practice, discover what's important to you and develop techniques to carry into your future work. Details from my window in “Going Underground”, on display now in the Campbell Arcade! I hand-carved these creatures from basswood and painted them before decoupaging paper details on top. It was so much fun experimenting and applying my collage ideas and processes to a 3D medium. If you’re in Melbourne I hope you get a chance to check out the show! There are 11 other spectacular windows by amazing artists to see under Flinders St station ☺️

“Going Underground” is open!
I’m so overjoyed with everybody’s sweet, wonderful windows, and I couldn’t have worked with a more lovely group of people. Special thanks to all of the amazing artists in the show, , to all of our support crews, to for the opportunity to exhibit and to everyone who came along to the opening and made it such a lovely night ☺️

The show is open to the public 7am-7pm daily, in the Campbell arcade under Flinders street station until January 10th.
