🍃 Yesterday we went on a nature hunt around Harmony Retreat for dried eucalyptus leaves with Nicole from Euclay Australia and Hearts Studio.

Nicole will use the leaves we collected to make a special batch of Euclay (eucalyptus clay), then bring it back to Harmony Retreat for a workshop at Fearless. ✨

So the women in her workshop will be creating with clay made from the eucalyptus leaves growing right here around them.

How magical is that? 💚

Congratulations to our very own Carmen Tyrer on her first place award for her Euclay artwork. Waroona Show 2026 💖🎊

🌳 The Spotted Gum (or Gubba) is so much more than just a beautiful native tree. For thousands of years, First Nations communities have deeply connected with this powerhouse of the Australian.
From crafting survival tools out of its ultra-tough timber, to using its rich red resin as a natural medicine, to respecting these giants as sacred cultural landmarks—the Spotted Gum holds a profound place in Australian history.

Next time you spot that distinct mottled bark on Country, take a moment to respect its ancient story. 🪵✨

Have you ever seen a Spotted Gum up close?
