INCREASE IN AMENITIES & CHANGES TO THE EASTER FAIR🎪👍

Starting in 2027, the Meadows 4 Day Easter Fair will be rolling out new amenities, expanded spaces and making changes to the layout to improve the experience for families, visitors, and stallholders.

⭐️ Additional bathrooms and upgrades will help ease bathroom lines and accommodate a growing crowd.

⭐️ Additional stallholder amenities will be added for vendors staying onsite for the Easter weekend, and to add convenience for vendors travelling from interstate and regional SA. 🙂

⭐️ Larger Onsite Maps will be available to help patrons navigate and explore the site. This will also include handheld maps that will be available from the information stall. ℹ️

⭐️ Layout improvements and changes will create more shaded spaces, more seating and easier access for all ages. 🎪

⭐️ More decor and colour will also be added to the event thanks to our decor bunnies, and will be available also to vendors. 🐰

We look forward to releasing more details about this and other exciting additions and changes soon. 🙂📣

CARD SURCHARGES CHANGES ❤️🎪

With changes to card fees, surcharges and card machines coming into effect. The Meadows 4 Day Easter Fair will continue to feature two ATM facilities and a new event wireless network for stallholders, while actively promoting cash payments to provide patrons with flexible transaction options.

SUPPORTING THE SMITH FAMILY RAFFLE❤️

Each year the Meadows 4 Day Easter Fair runs our annual ‘The Smith Family Raffle’ to raise money for local kids doing it tough or who need help at school.

Why we support The Smith Family:

This is an initiative we started a few years back after hearing how The Smith Family helped and supported one of our friendly stallholders and her daughter when they needed support most.

From there we wanted to support and give to an organisation that not only was locally based, but also had a real impact that you could see in people’s every day lives. And so the Raffle was born. 🙂

❤️ Each year we are overwhelmed by stallholders giving generously of their time and goods to support this cause, and equally by patrons who are happy to support and buy raffle tickets. All of which goes to support and continue The Smith Families work.

UPDATE:
We are excited to say that this year the raffle has raised enough money for us to sponsor a child here in SA and support them with their schooling for over 12 months. We hope to be able to add to this each year, and through stakeholder and patron support increase the positive impact the raffle can have here in SA. 😊

Thankyou
