The annual Meadows Easter Fair is a four day easter weekend event perfect for the whole family featuring foodies, crafts, artisans, plants, secondhand goods and entertainment.

Sponsorship opportunities for the 2027 Meadows 4 Day Easter Fair will be available from August 1st, with a wide range of options to promote your business, group or service.

Showcase your brand to over 20,000 patrons across the Easter weekend, and over 150,000 social media users who interact and view the Meadows Easter Fair page in the lead up to the Easter long weekend. ❤️

STALL EXPRESSION OF INTEREST DATES FOR 2027 ❤️🌸

We know it’s a little while off yet however, we would like to let all stallholders, foodies, artisans and crafters know that expressions of interest (EOI) will be opening from the 1ST OF OCTOBER for the 2027 Meadows 4 Day Easter Fair.

We had a significant increase in interest and applications in 2026, and want to make sure we have enough time and additional resources to respond to all enquiries. For this reason we are opening EOI / applications earlier than usual, as we are keen to accommodate as many amazing stallholders as possible.

This also includes the addition of more kid friendly stall site locations in the park and additions to the lawn and food area. 🙂

We look forward to hearing from later in the year, and reminded emails and posts will be posted and sent closer to the date. ❤️🎪

FUTURE PARKING MANAGEMENT STRATEGY 🚗📝

With the Meadows 4 Day Easter Fair continuing to grow each year, and our goal to continue to create a fun and family friendly event for all.
One of our focuses between now and the commencement of planning for 2027 will be to develop and create a parking and vehicle management strategy for the Easter weekend.

We love holding the event in Meadows ❤️, and we want to make sure we are managing the event responsibly and addressing external as-well as internal concerns to minimise congestion, parking concerns and traffic flow. 🅿️

We would like to thank everyone locally in and around Meadows for supporting the Meadows Easter Fair each year. And we look forward to returning next year. 🙂
