Movement, Dance, Drumming open to all ages and fitness levels to inspire a love of music, creativity and self discovery. Classes range from $13 + per hour

Tuesday 10-11am - Bellydance - Fun, expressive routines in a relaxed, non-competitive setting. Thursday 7:-8pm Meditational movement to music $12 - mixture of Yoga, Pilates, balance and meditation

Friday 8:00-9:30am - Yoga with Rae

Destress to Drumming - MONTHLY AS ADVERTISED - With exercises in breathing, mindfulness, meditation and easy to follow rhythms (drums provided).

Sunday’s ‘relaxation session’ was sold out!! Thank you for participating and sharing your positive energy. We engaged in Breathwork, lymphatic flow, balance , mindful movement and more. The second half we relaxed with guided meditation and absorbed the healing sounds of the crystal bowls.

Follow Earth Studio WA to keep up with future workshops to enhance wellbeing for your mind, body and soul.
