Based in Marrickville in the heart of Sydney's inner west, the studio offers tuition in vintage dance styles such as feather fan dancing, charleston, burlesque, solo blues, 60s go-go, vintage jazz, 70s disco, 80s Solid Gold, tap dancing and Contemporary. The art of vintage dance is brought to life in a fun learning environment where the focus is on understanding the theatrics, moves and defined p

ersonas of these dance styles, that in history have lit up the stage and screen. An adult learning school for both the experienced student and the beginner. Founded by respected Sydney dancer, event producer and artist, Sheena (Sheena Miss Demeanour).

Vale JAMILLA DEVILLE

The entertainment world is a colder place today.

Sheena Miss Demeanour learned so much from this icon in her early days of exploring sensual dance and the art of pole.

Jamilla created iconic moves such as the Jade split and the Jamilla!! But she was so much more than a great performer, athlete and instructor, she was a soft and kind little tinkerbell with a heart of gold who always reminded people to be kind to themselves and to never let anyone dim your sparkle. A beautiful human who was been stolen from us too early.

To the pole and circus community grieving around the world at the sudden loss of this incredible human, all our love and support goes out to you.

Condolences to her family. Jamilla will never be forgotten.
