Peter is one of Australia's finest composers, jazz pianists and musical directors and has been the musical director and pianist for PlaySchool for the last 26 years.

Peter grew up in New Zealand where his musical style and tastes were formed by classical piano lessons from age 8, listening to his father’s extensive collection of early jazz 78s, and hearing The Beatles aged 10.
