Get ready to be swept away at the Balmain Sinfonia’s March 21 concert, where the sensational 15‑year‑old violinist Sienna Kim will take centre stage performing Samuel Barber’s beautifully haunting Violin Concerto.
Sienna began playing violin at age five and studies with Janet Davies in the Rising Stars program at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, where she receives the Victor Cromack and Melba Harris Cromack Memorial Scholarship. She is a full music scholar and the concertmaster of the string orchestra at Ravenswood School.
