Do you want to see the Margaret River Art Studio continue.

There are a few artists already interested in taking up the Margaret River Art Studio as a collective.

There could be 8-10 shares and each artist will make a small financial contribution and provide their time on a rota to assist. This opportunity is only suitable for experienced artists.

Meet our artist in residence VERITAS this Wednesday!
Her botanical watercolour paintings are characterised by bright colours and Veritas’ outstanding dedication to detail. Always painting from her live models she brings into the gallery, we love having her at the studio and seeing her at work.
Some of her design you’ll find on homewares - placemats, coasters & wine coolers. Perfect little Christmas presents from a local artist!

MARGARET RIVER ART STUDIO
BUSINESS FOR SALE

If you love art and want an exciting lifestyle in Margaret River, step into a dream business already trading in a great spot on the main street.

Margaret River has become the WA art destination, and this studio/gallery is a first stop for art buyers. The location across the road from the Visitor Centre is in a classy building, offering a friendly experience.

The studio is welcoming and not an elite gallery. Customers appreciate affordable locally produced art and the business has grown over the past three years.

The artworks are provided on commission and are the primary income. The second sales category is high-quality locally made jewellery—additionally, art supplies retail in the rear of the shop to the ever-growing number of artists.

Priced for a quick sale at $60,000 plus art supplies stock, it is ready for you on day one with streamlined systems for sales. Ready to go for summer.

The studio has been operating with great support from the local artists who offer their time as “artists in residence” to create a more interactive and dynamic scene. You can take advantage of this offering or express your creative bent.

Currently operating 10-4 p.m., five days per week, there is an opportunity to grow the business by trading for more days.

To be sold as a going concern.

Sale includes the business name and logo, all contents, equipment, furniture and fittings, sales data, business systems, and website with woo-commerce sales.
