We’re open!

The 27th Mansfield Easter Art Show kicks off today at the Mansfield Masonic Hall on Highett Street and runs right through to Sunday 12 April.

Over 40 artists, original paintings, sculpture, glasswork and plenty of pieces you can take home. Plus the new Maritime Marine Exhibition and our curated 8x10” Exhibition of small works.

Open daily 9am–5pm

The Mansfield Easter Art Show opens Good Friday at the Mansfield Masonic Hall, Highett Street.

Four days of art. Paintings, glass and mixed media pieces that will make you stop, stare and possibly rearrange your lounge room to fit them.

Herman Pekel is a Melbourne-born artist known for his energetic and expressive approach to painting. After studying Fine Arts at RMIT, he developed a distinctive style working primarily in oils and watercolour, guided by light, spontaneity and intuition.

Painting a wide range of subjects—from industrial scenes to interiors and expansive Australian landscapes—Herman’s work is defined by strong design, visible brushstrokes and a powerful sense of movement. His deep connection to the environment is reflected throughout his art.

Aidan Weichard draws inspiration from a life immersed in the natural world, growing up in the bushlands of Gembrook and now based on a hobby farm in Gippsland. Surrounded by wildlife and shifting landscapes, his work reflects a deep connection to animals and the land.

Known for his chromatic intensity, gestural energy and richly layered textures, Aidan’s paintings capture the raw vitality of his subjects. His distinctive style has seen him exhibit widely across Australia and internationally, including showcases in London, Singapore and Texas.

Trudy Rice is an Australian printmaker whose work is grounded in observation, material sensitivity, and a deep connection to the natural world.
