I managed a few sketches, and water colours at Doddies beach recently and a small painting overlooking Boundary Islands.
I’m happy to be slowly getting my art mojo back. I also fired up my kiln again and slumped some bottles for small cheese platters. I’m loving pen and wash paintings, they are great when travelling. All is needed is a sketch/art pad, pencil case with water colour, ink pens and a couple of paint brushes.

One of my paintings now sold and gone to its forever home.

My grandson asked me if I could paint his Collingwood footy hero Bobby Hill so he and his sister could create a poster to take to the Collingwood v Dockers game yesterday. Eli and Lexi added the wording and the flag.
Yesterday Eli’s dream came true. With a bit of help from Abby from the News, Bobby came out from the change rooms and autographed the painting. We have one very happy grandson who will treasure this day for life ❤️❤️❤️
