• All tattoo work is subject to artist approval and studio guidelines
• Prize must be redeemed at Surreal Skin studio only
• Prize is valid for 6 months from the draw date
• Winner must contact Surreal Skin within 14 days of announcement to claim prize
• If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, a redraw may occur
