A full time position exists in our company for a bubbly, efficient person who demonstrates great organisational skills, as well as punctuality, good phone and email manner and shows excellent initiative. The successful applicant will need some prior administration experience and knowledge of Xero and job costing is advantageous.
Duties will include-
• Manage and follow up on emails
• Data entry
• Job costing
• Liaise with director and management team
• Day to day office duties
