🎨Local artists are invited to take part in a two-day, practice-focused workshop with acclaimed public art practitioner Simone Eisler.

👀This workshop is an immersive program for artists: Day one delivers practical information for developing and managing art projects in public spaces.

👀Day two focuses on individual concept development for temporary public art.

👀Keep your eyes PEELED for a new laneway exhibition in 2nd Lane!

🖌Local artist Amanda Devenish opens her series 'Elevated', created using drone photography.

🐨This series celebrates the Australian landscape from above, revealing patterns, textures, and formations hidden at ground level.

🧐Each work invites viewers to slow down and appreciate the complexity and beauty found within the landscape.

🚶Want to know more? Amanda Devenish will join us on 10th July for a Public Art Walk and deliver a Q&A session about this stunning work.

BMA Kidspace is happening TOMORROW!

Make sure to visit Artspace Mackay on Tuesday 16 June from 9:30am - 1:30pm for music, dancing and craft. Toddlers and their families will be able to create their very own beetle to take home with local artist Pam Hutley. Dancing with Kathleen Campbell kicks off from 11am.
