Great feedback from children at Griffith Regional Theatre...

James and the Giant Peach. I liked the underwater scene because the centiped got pushed off the peach and the fish glowed and the squid tried to take the centiped away and the eel was eating the seaweed and the seaweed also glowed. I loved the play because the animals we’re huge. AWSOME!!! - Jenna, aged 8


I liked when the peach turned in to a house. My funniest bit of the act was when the centipede said they don’t agree with the insides of Me and did a fart. The Most Goodest bit was when aunt Spiker broke her finger nail - Tom, aged 7

The whole family throughly enjoyed the performance last night - it was lovely to see so many enthralled children enjoying the production - including my 3. The cast were superb - the story line captivating - it was lovely that the cast were available to meet at the end of the performance. Could not fault the Ipswich Civic Centre in any way - it is tremendous that Ipswich has a very well patroned Civic Centre. Well done to all your team at the Ipswich City Council.

"The show was amazing. There was soooo much put into costumes that only appeared on stage for a minute or two. The cast was excellent, and the ‘meet and greet’ at the end was a great finish. It is wonderful for families to be able to access theatre of this quality without having to go to Melbourne!"
