Before anyone asks, YES the card is real! I've just used AI to stage it....
Now that's out the way.....
SWOON.... I love this card which is my first Christmas card of the season but made way back in July!
Made in traditional christmas colours and used with Olive (my foiling system).

Hellooooooo Thursday!!!

Hows this for a handy tip..
If you are anything like me and need a bit of Washi tape to hold your dies down before running through your machine, but you are always putting your washi down everywhere and can’t find it......then this is the answer.
Simply secure a small pic hook to the side of the machine to hang your washi.
It can be found easily next time you need to use it.

Helloooooo Wednesday!!!

This pretty paper sunflower only looks tricky to make, and here's the secret: Scalloped Blooms Dies (167646)!
They let you create a fancy, frilly posy in no time. We used Golden Glow Cardstock to make this—just a few careful snips and some creatively wrapped twine help it come to life.
Tip: You can also make this using Designer Series Paper or stamped cardstock. Imagine the garden of cute possibilities. Plus, unlike the real thing, these flowers will last!

Step 1: Die cut two medium, non-stitched edge scallop blooms from Golden Glow Cardstock. Die cut each piece again to separate the scallops into individual points—simply turn your die just a bit.

Step 2: Using scissors, cut between each section towards the centre, stopping 1" (2.5 cm) from the middle. Repeat all the way around both bloom circles.

Step 3: Die cut the smallest non-stitched edge scallop bloom from Early Espresso Cardstock. Cut 55" (140 cm) of baker's twine. Leaving a 3" (7.6 cm) tail, begin creating a spiral design by weaving from one centre point across to another. Continue until the spiral is complete, then secure the ends on the back.

Ive used a Colour I wouldn't normally use but in the last few months, I think I'm starting to warm to Cajun Craze.
