Wrapping up 2025, video reel style!
This year was monumental. Not only for us as a company, but for the artists we were lucky enough to collaborate with this year. From being recognised as highly commended at this year’s Multicultural Queensland Awards, to pitching a show to state producers and presenters, and further on premiering that theatre work we admire so deeply onto the Mainstage.

Leaving the year with two state theatre awards and being recognised for our craft, we’re incredibly grateful to every audience member who showed up, every artist who contributed, and the sector that believed in us.

We’ll see you all in the new year!

With love,
Chelsea 🥝 & Egan 🍚

We love seeing Reaction Theory Alumni Jazz Zhao, Chelsea August, Petria Leong, Emma Burchell and Katrina Irawati Graham pop off!

Described as “Asian-Australian Fleabag meets I’m Glad My Mom Died”, this unapologetically honest and powerful script promises to be both funny and deeply moving.

💛Scenes From A Yellow Peril may have closed, but the impact still reverberates. As reviews have been coming in, the show has been called “theatre that confronts” and “a war cry of its purpose.”

Thank you to the reviewers, audiences, and communities who saw us and connected with us💛

✨Scenes From A Yellow Peril had its final show at QPAC last night ✨
The cast and creatives came in bold, unapologetic, full of heart and ready to speak their truths. Night after night, their stories filled the space and sparked powerful conversations and reflections.

Thank you those who showed up, leaned in, and held the kōrero with us. This mainstage season didn’t just spotlight BIPOC stories, it shifted the conversation within the arts sector itself. There are more stories like this that deserve to be seen, heard, and felt on our stages. And we hope that this show has ignited for many more to come as it should.

Thank you QPAC, Playmarket and BIPOC Arts Australia for having faith in us to bring this show to life. Finally, thank you Nathan for trusting us again with your words and mentorship💛
