HELLO! How is everyone??!!

I’ve just logged in and seen the amount of messages….so sorry guys. I’ve started working my way through them but If i don’t get to you, hopefully the below helps.

For all the new people enquiring, I injured my ankle a while back and I’m still building my strength up…. I also now live an hour away and with my girls starting school, I can no longer get out during the week - so our regular mid-week classes have stopped.

But, I am on the lookout for a new location for a Saturday morning class in Campbelllltown region. I had an outdoor location locked in but we’ll save that for Summer. Campbellfield public are limiting hirers now as they now have COOSC running there.

So keep checking page, we could have a Saturday morning Winter Warmer class running soon, finished off with a cheeky coffee date!!!

Also anyone in Randwick area during rhe week, I have just started a Thurs 10am dance workout class (slower paced but just as fun) which you can find on MindBody now under The Groove Room.

Just had a chat with my mate Teo at Teo's on Oxford and he said they’re now doing event hire (up to 40 sitting or up to 60 standing) with cocktails and finger food. It’s looking very swanky in there. There is no room hire fee, you only pay for the food/drinks. If you aren’t following, click the link and follow his page as they have a lot going on.

Also if we had enough interest, a Zfit Cocktail party might be on the cards for next year…. God help him and his staff 😂😂😂 They don’t know what they’re in for.

Had a minor setback with my ankle, it looks like it’s probably worse than what the doctors originally thought. Hopefully get some answers next week to see what the actual recovery time will be, maybe I’m dealing with a tear and it will be a longer recovery. I’m back to resting and icing as my physio exercises have re-aggravated the swelling and pain. Call me crazy, I’M STILL FEELING POSITIVE!! 🤪🤪🤪 I reckon we can get back in good time. We have an outdoor venue confirmed and ready to go so it’s just me we’re waiting on now. ⌚️No pressure. How is everyone?!!
