We just did a review on most of the Nungra Nibbles range, and honestly, they nailed it across the board.

​We worked our way through a bit of everything, starting off with hotter stuff and scaling down the way up to more flavourful options. What impressed us the most was that even on the hottest end, they didn't just dump heat for the sake of it—they kept the actual flavour right at the front.

​Their macadamias and peanuts are ridiculously easy to eat, perfectly crunchy, and seasoned really well. Then you get into the beef jerky, which is super tender and loaded with great seasoning blends. Whether you just want a solid savory snack or you want to see how much heat you can actually handle, there is definitely something in the lineup for everyone.

Time to think outside the bottle. Who said hot sauce only belongs on food?

We wanted to push the boundaries of flavour, so we put it all together—el Jimador Tequila , margarita mix from LISTO , ice, and a generous splash of SPICY MAMASITAS ’ 'Lick Me Lychee' hot sauce—and then blended it all right up. 🌶️🍹

The tropical sweetness of the lychee combined with that signature kick turns a standard blended marg into an absolute, fiery masterpiece.

Right, so we finally got around to cracking open the range from S and S Preserves and honestly? Absolute game changer. 🙌

If you haven't heard of them, they're an awesome Aussie outfit putting out some seriously top-tier jars.

​We started out doing the standard routine—just a quick spoon-to-mouth taste test to see what we were working with. But the flavours are so fresh and massive that we immediately looked at each other and went, "Yeah, we need to actually cook with this."

​So, we chose one specific jam from the lineup to experiment with and got stuck into a bit of a kitchen creation to see how it holds up when you really let it be the star of the show. No spoilers, but the absolute magic that happened next is all in the video. Let's just say premium Aussie fruit makes everything taste better. 🧑‍🍳🔥

We finally hit up right by Central for their bottomless session, and honestly, we’re still recovering in the best way possible. If you haven't been yet, definitely lock it in for your next free afternoon because the food and the energy were unreal.

We completely lost count of how many tacos and plates we cleared, and the margaritas were absolutely flowing. The whole spread was elite, but of course, we had to have a bit of fun with it—we raided their hot sauce collection and threw a few drops into everything, including the drinks, just to give the afternoon an extra kick. 🍹🌶️

Honestly, just a killer afternoon with the crew, massive laughs, and endless margs. Big shoutout to the staff too for keeping the food and drinks coming without missing a beat. 10/10 day out, we’re already planning the return leg.
