SEASON TWO STARTS TOMORROW. 🥹

Back to the beginning again… where I’ve got a million ideas, no idea exactly where they’ll take us, and SO much to create. My favourite place to be.

A new group of dancers. New energy. New ideas. New spaces to move in. New stories to tell. New experiences incominggggg. 👀

Tomorrow we walk into the studio with nothing but an idea. and over the next few months, we get to build something that didn’t exist before. I get the chance once again to make magic with talented dancers who have a big love of contemporary dance.

And, That’s the whole point of The Movement Project.

The countdown is officially on. 👀

After months of planning, dreaming, and preparing, we’re almost ready to welcome our incredible Season 2 dancers to begin this journey together.

New faces. Familiar faces. New Connections.

This season is going to challenge, inspire, and connect us in ways we can’t wait to share. From the very first rehearsal to the final performance, every moment will become part of something bigger.

To everyone joining us this season… thank you for believing in the vision. We can’t wait to create with you. 🤍

✨ AUDITIONS EXTENDED ✨

I know school holidays have been busy, so we’ve decided to extend auditions for Season Two of The Movement Project by ONE MORE WEEK.

🗓️ New closing date: Sunday 19th July

If you’ve been thinking about auditioning but haven’t quite gotten around to filming your video yet, this is your sign. We’d absolutely love to see you put yourself out there.

Whether you’re returning from Season One or joining us for the first time, we can’t wait to watch your auditions and welcome another incredible group of dancers.

Some stories stay with you long after the curtain falls.

Season One, No Rain, No Flowers, reminded us that growth isn’t found in comfort. It lives in the moments that challenge us, reshape us and ask us to keep showing up anyway.

Now, it’s time for the next chapter.

Season 2 auditions close this Friday, and we’re searching for dancers who are ready to create, to question, to connect, and to become part of something bigger than choreography.

This isn’t about being the “best” dancer.
It’s about being brave enough to step into the unknown.

I’ve watched this video more times than I can count, and every time I do, it reminds me of my why.

Why I created The Movement Project in the first place.

To bring passionate young dancers together. To create opportunities that didn’t previously exist in our region. To build a space where artistry, connection, growth, and creativity could thrive beyond the boundaries of a single studio.

Seeing all of that captured so beautifully in just a few minutes is something I can’t quite put into words.

This isn’t just a promotional video for No Rain, No Flowers. It’s a reflection of the heart behind The Movement Project and everything this first season has become.
