Mudlark has been honoured to play a part in the casting process for the Tasmanian season, and grateful to Theatre North and Theatre Royal for bringing POV to the Island.

How to wrap up a project, a story, an experience that has spanned over 3 years and so many beautiful people.

Just with much gratitude. So, it's a long post, sorry :)

Thank you to everyone who supported ENOUGH, written by Gabrielle Adkins and directed by Bindy Stephens - premiering in Launceston at the Albert Hall 20-22 August.

Thank you:
- to the audiences who attended and helped spread the word about the show. It was wonderful to share the work with so many new audience members - we appreciate the messages of support post show and to know the work has had a genuine impact.
- an especially deep thanks to those who travelled to see the show – including our dear Hobart theatre-friends who made the Midlands Highway trek to support our team and new Tasmanian theatre (it meant so much to us all).
- to everyone who helped fund the realisation of this important new Tasmanian play, from funding bodies, to sponsors, to donors, as well as in-kind support from so many individuals and organisations. We can’t do it without you.
- to the entire Theatre North team – being in residence at the Albert Hall and premiering the work in your venue was a gift. You are true champions of Tasmanian live performance.
- to the incredible volunteers from local support services who were present at every performance (and also gave us so much time in the lead up) – the work you do is vital and we are so grateful for all that you do for our community. We stand with you.

And, finally, to our phenomenal creative team, who poured all of themselves into this project. Brilliant artists and human beings the lot of you. We’re blessed to have had this experience with you.

If you would like to see ENOUGH travel further, and reach more audiences and communities, please let us know. We are ready and keen and would love to share the work beyond the premiere Launceston season.

It’s tough times in the theatre sector.
If you know of pathways and networks that can help us move this beautiful and important piece of theatre further, we’d love to hear from you.
It’ll take a village, friends.

Local support makes local stories possible.

Today we want to celebrate and thank Decoroll Interiors, a proudly Launceston-based business and valued supporter of Mudlark Theatre.

The generosity of local organisations like Decoroll plays an important role in helping us create, develop and share new Tasmanian theatre.

At Mudlark, we believe in the power of stories made here, by artists from here, and shared with audiences across our state. The support of local businesses helps us continue to provide opportunities for artists, create bold new work, and bring contemporary theatre experiences to our community.

We are incredibly grateful to Decoroll for believing in the importance of a thriving creative sector and for standing alongside us as we bring our 2026 Season to life. Thank you for supporting Tasmanian artists, Tasmanian stories and the future of theatre in Launceston.
