A full day of conferencing doesn't have to mean a full day indoors.

Sometimes an afternoon break on the Wedding Lawn is just what the agenda needs. It's a chance to stretch the legs, get some fresh air and keep the conversations going.

Two of our favourite main course options from our alternate drop menu.

Tasmanian Ribeye: Applewood-smoked Tasmanian beef ribeye with fondant potato, Café de Paris butter, and jus.

Tasmanian Fillet of Beef: With sweet potato mash, prosciutto-wrapped green beans, and Manuka honey jus.

Choosing between the two? It's a tough call.

The Freycinet Room has plenty of space to showcase products, meet people and create conversations across your industry.

It's a flexible space that can be shaped to suit your trade show, with room for around 45 trade tables in the Freycinet Room, or around 80 when the bi-fold doors open into the Tamar and Cradle Rooms. And if 80 isn't quite enough, we can always get a little creative with the layout.
