Calling young artists!

Are you aged 16–21? We’d love to hear your creative response to the tidal.27 festival theme, “The Rivers and Waterways are Talking.”

Super excited to share that I will be the curator of the Youth Take over Tidal display, this project is in collaboration with Devonport Regional Gallery and RANT Arts 🙌🏻

Selected 2D artworks will be exhibited in shopfronts along Rooke Street Mall and other CBD locations as part of tidal.27 festival Presented by One Agency Collins Real Estate

📣 We are proud to announce the launch of the third Kinimathatakinta/George Town Art Prize.

The Art Prize provides an opportunity to celebrate and showcase the exceptional talent and creativity of artists within our community, while recognising the vibrant and evolving arts and cultural landscape of the Kinimathatakinta/George Town municipality.

Artists are encouraged to draw inspiration from their surroundings and develop works that reflect their connection to the local environment, community and sense of place. We look forward to once again celebrating the diverse perspectives, skills and talents of our local artistic community.

We invite applications from Tasmanian artists to create external artwork elements to be applied to a fence at the new Bridport Fire Station.

The artwork is to help visually soften the fence and introduce a point of interest to the public-facing side of the building.

Artwork budget: $22,500 + GST
